Acceptable Conduct Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets the minimum behaviour expected from everyone using BGB 360 Academy.

2. Be respectful and professional

Communicate constructively. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, sexual misconduct, threats, stalking, humiliation and unwanted contact are prohibited.

3. Protect privacy

Do not publish, request or share another person’s private information without lawful permission. Do not record sessions, messages, images or audio without required notice and consent.

4. Use the platform honestly

Do not impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, manipulate reviews, plagiarize, cheat, submit fraudulent documents, make deceptive claims or misuse payments and refunds.

5. Protect systems and content

Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, scrape content, introduce malware, probe security, overload services, infringe intellectual property or distribute learning materials without permission.

6. Safe teaching and learning

Educators must maintain professional boundaries, provide appropriate content, honour bookings and follow the Safeguarding Policy. Learners must participate respectfully and follow reasonable session rules.

7. Prohibited commercial activity

Spam, unauthorized advertising, pyramid schemes, off-platform payment pressure and attempts to evade Academy safeguards or fees are prohibited.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Report concerns to info@bgb-360.com. Depending on severity, we may warn users, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence or notify relevant authorities.

9. Appeals

You may request a review of an enforcement decision by contacting us with relevant facts. Restrictions needed for immediate safety or legal compliance may remain during review.
