Acceptable Conduct Policy
Responsible Learning and Professional Conduct
This policy explains the conduct expected from learners, educators, instructors, organizations and other users of the Academy’s courses, meetings, messaging, community features and related services. It should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy.
1. Purpose and Scope
Our services are intended to support trustworthy, inclusive and professional learning. Everyone using the platform must act lawfully, respect the rights and safety of others and avoid conduct that could harm learners, educators, organizations or the integrity of the service.
2. Respectful and Professional Behaviour
Communicate constructively and treat others with dignity. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, sexual misconduct, intimidation, threats, stalking, humiliation, abusive language and persistent unwanted contact are prohibited.
3. Privacy and Personal Information
Do not request, publish or share another person’s private information without a lawful and legitimate reason. Sessions, conversations, messages, images or audio must not be recorded or distributed without the required notice, permission and consent. Personal information must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Honesty and Academic Integrity
Users must provide accurate information and represent their identity, experience and qualifications honestly. Impersonation, plagiarism, cheating, manipulated reviews, fraudulent documents, deceptive claims and misuse of payments, certificates or refund procedures are prohibited.
5. Platform and Content Security
Do not share accounts, bypass access restrictions, scrape or copy protected content, introduce malicious software, probe security controls, disrupt services or attempt unauthorized access. Course materials, recordings, eBooks and other resources may not be copied, sold or distributed without permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. Safe Teaching and Learning
Educators must maintain appropriate professional boundaries, provide suitable content, communicate responsibly, honour confirmed bookings and follow applicable safeguarding requirements. Learners must participate respectfully, follow reasonable session instructions and avoid behaviour that disrupts learning or places others at risk.
7. Commercial Conduct
Spam, unauthorized advertising, pyramid schemes, misleading promotions, payment pressure and attempts to evade platform safeguards or applicable fees are prohibited. Users must not exploit learning relationships for unrelated or inappropriate commercial activity.
8. Reporting Concerns
Concerns about conduct, safety, fraud or misuse can be reported through our Contact page or by emailing info@bgb-360.com. Please provide enough information for the concern to be reviewed while avoiding unnecessary disclosure of personal information.
9. Review and Enforcement
Reported concerns may be reviewed according to their nature and seriousness. Where appropriate, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict platform features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence or refer a matter to a service provider or competent authority. Measures will be selected with regard to safety, legal obligations, available evidence and the severity or recurrence of the conduct.
10. Requesting a Review
A user may request a review of an enforcement decision by contacting info@bgb-360.com and providing relevant facts or supporting information. Restrictions required for immediate safety, service security or legal compliance may remain in place while the request is considered.
