Safeguarding Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Commitment
BGB 360 Academy is committed to creating a learning environment that protects children, young people, vulnerable adults, educators and other users from abuse, exploitation, harassment and avoidable harm.
2. Scope
This policy applies to Academy staff, administrators, educators, contractors, learners, parents, guardians, organizations and users of messaging, live sessions and community features.
3. Core standards
- Treat every person with dignity and respect.
- Maintain professional boundaries and use approved communication channels.
- Do not request unnecessary personal, financial, intimate or location information.
- Never sexualize, exploit, intimidate, groom, discriminate against or threaten a learner.
- Do not arrange private in-person contact with a minor through the platform.
- Follow parent or guardian involvement requirements for minors.
4. Online sessions
Educators should use appropriate backgrounds, language and materials; avoid private or secret communications; and follow any session-recording notice and consent requirements. Users must not record or distribute sessions without lawful authority.
5. Reporting
Report a concern promptly to info@bgb-360.com with enough information for review. Do not investigate serious concerns yourself or confront a suspected person where that may increase risk.
6. Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority first, then notify the Academy when safe.
7. Response
We may preserve records, restrict contact, suspend accounts, remove content, contact guardians or organizations, and refer matters to competent authorities where appropriate and lawful. Reports are handled sensitively and shared only as necessary.
8. False or retaliatory reports
Deliberately false reports and retaliation are prohibited. Good-faith reports will not be penalized merely because a concern is not substantiated.
