Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clear and Fair Purchase Protection
This policy explains how refund, cancellation, withdrawal and payment-correction requests are handled for eligible purchases made through BGB 360 Academy.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. If mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights will apply.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to eligible courses, digital content, eBooks, live classes, tutoring, meetings, subscriptions and other services purchased directly through the Academy’s authorized checkout process.
Purchases completed through an external website, application store, payment link or third-party platform are subject to that provider’s refund process unless the applicable purchase information states otherwise.
2. Identifying the Seller
A course, meeting, product or service may be offered by BGB 360 Academy, an instructor or an organization using the platform. The applicable listing, checkout information, receipt or order record may identify the responsible seller or provider.
Where an instructor or organization is the seller, that provider remains responsible for its offering and any mandatory consumer obligations. The Academy may facilitate payment administration, communication or refund processing where supported by the platform.
3. Before Making a Purchase
Review the description, provider, price, currency, taxes, delivery format, access period, schedule, prerequisites and any product-specific cancellation terms before paying. Contact us before purchase if information appears incomplete or incorrect.
4. Statutory Consumer and Withdrawal Rights
Consumers in Norway, the European Economic Area and certain other jurisdictions may have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract, commonly within 14 days of entering into the contract. The existence, starting date, duration and exceptions depend on the type of purchase and applicable law.
Consumers in Pakistan retain the protections available under applicable federal, provincial and territorial law. Depending on the transaction and location, these may include the Islamabad Consumers Protection Act, 1995, relevant provincial consumer-protection legislation, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 and protections against deceptive marketing under the Competition Act, 2010.
Pakistani law does not necessarily provide a universal 14-day withdrawal period for every online course, digital product or service. Refund, cancellation, defective-service and non-delivery rights will therefore be assessed according to applicable Pakistani law, the location and nature of the transaction, the disclosed purchase terms and the evidence available.
A discretionary refund policy is different from a statutory consumer right. Where a valid withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy is required by applicable law, that mandatory right takes priority over conflicting platform or provider terms.
5. Digital Courses, eBooks and Downloadable Content
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right for digital content, you may lose that right after digital delivery begins if you expressly requested immediate access, consented to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
Opening, streaming or downloading digital content does not remove mandatory rights unless the legal requirements for doing so have been satisfied. Where those requirements have not been satisfied, your statutory rights remain available according to applicable law.
Outside mandatory withdrawal or conformity rights, completed courses, substantially consumed content, downloaded materials and expired access periods are normally non-refundable unless the listing expressly provides otherwise.
6. Services Started During a Withdrawal Period
If you expressly request a service to begin before an applicable withdrawal period ends and later exercise a valid withdrawal right, the seller may be entitled to retain or charge a proportionate amount for the service already supplied, where permitted by law and properly disclosed before purchase.
7. Live Classes, Tutoring and Meetings
Scheduled services may have cancellation terms stated on the relevant listing, booking page or confirmation. Those disclosed terms apply in addition to any mandatory legal rights.
Unless different terms were clearly disclosed, a cancellation requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be considered for rescheduling, account credit or refund. The available remedy may depend on the provider, booking type and circumstances.
Late cancellations, partial attendance and failure to attend are normally non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances, provider terms or mandatory law require a different result.
8. Provider Cancellation or Non-Attendance
If the Academy, instructor or responsible organization cancels a paid session, fails to attend or cannot provide the purchased service, the affected customer will normally be offered a reasonable replacement date, equivalent service, account credit or refund for the undelivered portion. A replacement will not be imposed where mandatory law entitles the customer to a refund.
9. Technical Problems
Report a material technical problem promptly and provide reasonable details such as the course or session, time, device, browser or application used and any error message. Do not send passwords or complete payment credentials.
A verified platform failure that materially prevents access or participation may result in restored access, extended access, rescheduling, account credit or a refund for the affected service. Problems caused solely by a user’s device, internet connection, incompatible software or failure to follow stated technical requirements are not normally refundable.
10. Defective or Misdescribed Digital Services
If digital content or a digital service is materially defective, unavailable, unsafe or substantially different from its description, contact us promptly. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, the seller may be required to correct the problem, restore access, replace the service, reduce the price or provide a refund. These rights are separate from any withdrawal period.
11. Subscriptions and Access Plans
Subscription cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a current billing period. Any trial, renewal, minimum term or cancellation condition should be reviewed before purchase.
Mandatory rights concerning renewal, termination, defective service or withdrawal remain unaffected. If a renewal was processed after a valid and timely cancellation, contact us for investigation and correction.
12. Duplicate, Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
Report a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charge promptly. We may request the order reference, transaction date, amount and limited information needed to locate the payment. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected, and suspected unauthorized transactions may also need to be reported to your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
The Academy does not provide interest-bearing credit, collect interest on purchases or overdue amounts, or promise interest or financial returns on refunds, balances or account credits. An approved refund is limited to the eligible amount actually paid, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any lawful payment correction.
Nothing offered through the Academy constitutes a deposit, loan, investment scheme or promise of profit. Courses, meetings, subscriptions, eBooks and other products are supplied only as educational, professional or platform services.
13. Items Normally Not Eligible for Discretionary Refunds
Subject to mandatory law, a discretionary refund will not normally be provided for completed services, missed sessions, expired access, downloaded or substantially consumed content, failure to meet disclosed prerequisites, change of personal preference, account restrictions caused by policy violations or purchases processed entirely outside the Academy. This does not remove rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered services.
14. How to Submit a Request
Submit a request through our Contact page or email info@bgb-360.com with the subject Refund or Cancellation Request.
Include the account email, order reference, item or service, purchase date, payment amount and a clear explanation of the request. Where relevant, include supporting evidence of cancellation, provider non-attendance, technical failure or incorrect charging. Never send a full card number, security code, banking password or other secret credential.
15. Review of Requests
We may verify the account, payment, service usage, attendance, communications and provider records needed to assess a request. A request will be considered according to applicable law, the disclosed purchase terms, the delivery status and the evidence reasonably available.
16. Refund Method and Timing
Approved monetary refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Refunds due under a statutory withdrawal right will be initiated without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Banks, card issuers, application stores and payment providers control the time required for funds to appear after a refund is initiated. Currency conversion, bank charges and exchange-rate differences may be outside the Academy’s control.
17. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact us promptly before initiating a payment dispute where practical so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section limits a legal right to contact your bank, payment provider, consumer authority or another competent body.
18. Unresolved Consumer Complaints
If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to contact the consumer-protection or dispute-resolution body responsible for your location.
Consumers in Norway can obtain guidance from Forbrukerrådet.
Consumers in Pakistan may seek guidance or remedies through the competent consumer-protection authority, consumer court or other body responsible for the relevant province or territory.
19. Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this policy when platform services, payment arrangements or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies subject to the purchase terms and mandatory law relevant to the transaction.
