These Terms of Use govern access to BGB 360 Academy, operated by BGB 360 Private Limited. By using the website, creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.

The Academy is under development. Features, course availability, educator matching and learning services may change before full public launch. Content describing planned services is informational and is not a guarantee that a feature or service is currently available.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized use. Users under the age required to contract in their country must use the service with a parent or legal guardian.

4. Learning content and educators

Educators remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of the material they provide. Unless expressly stated, the Academy does not guarantee educational, examination, employment or business outcomes.

5. Payments

Prices, taxes, payment timing and access periods are shown before purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.
