How Do Academy Reward Points Work?

The Reward Points programme recognizes genuine learning, achievement, participation and contribution. Eligible users earn points automatically when the platform records a qualifying activity.

One reward point currently provides PKR 1 of promotional Academy credit. Points may also provide access to selected courses or bundles when a points-based enrolment option is available.

How Can Learners Earn Points?

Learners can earn 10 points for registration, 10 points for passing an eligible quiz, 15 points for passing an assignment, 50 points for completing a course, 25 points for achieving a certificate and 10 points for earning a new badge.

A genuine course review and rating earns 5 points. A student who reserves an eligible meeting earns 10 points.

How Can Instructors and Contributors Earn Points?

An instructor may earn 50 points when an eligible course is published and 10 points when an eligible instructor meeting is reserved. Course publication remains subject to the applicable review and approval process.

An approved blog contribution may earn 20 points. A blog comment may earn 1 point, a forum topic may earn 2 points and a forum reply may earn 1 point. Contributions must be genuine, relevant and compliant with the Acceptable Conduct Policy.

Can Organizations Participate?

Organizations and their authorized users may earn points through eligible learning, publishing, meeting, purchase and referral activities recorded through their accounts.

Available activities depend on the account role, enabled platform features and applicable approval requirements. Points belong to the account that completed the qualifying activity unless the Academy expressly provides otherwise.

How Do Purchase Rewards Work?

Eligible completed purchases may earn 10 points for every PKR 1,000 of qualifying purchase value. The same controlled rate may apply to eligible store purchases.

Points are not awarded merely for adding funds to an account or wallet. Points connected with a cancelled, refunded, reversed, duplicated or unauthorized transaction may be removed or corrected.

How Do Referrals and Subscriptions Work?

Joining the Academy newsletter through an eligible account may earn 5 points. A qualified referral may earn 20 points after the platform confirms that the applicable referral requirements have been satisfied.

Sharing a referral link alone does not guarantee points. Duplicate, self-referred, misleading, automated or fraudulent registrations do not qualify.

How Can Points Be Redeemed?

Available points may be converted into promotional Academy account credit. At the current conversion rate, 100 points provide PKR 100 of promotional credit.

Points may also be used to enrol in selected courses or bundles where a points-based option appears on the relevant page. Not every course, product, meeting or service is necessarily eligible for points redemption.

Where Can Users Check Their Points?

Sign in and open the Rewards section in the user panel. It displays total points earned, points spent, available points and the recorded reward history.

The platform may also send an email or account notification when points are awarded. A notification confirms the reward transaction but does not mean that the points have been converted or spent.

Are Reward Points Cash?

Reward points are promotional loyalty benefits. They are not money, deposits, savings, investments, wages, financial products or interest-bearing balances.

Points cannot be withdrawn as cash, sold, transferred between users or exchanged outside the Academy. No interest, profit or financial return accrues from holding points or promotional account credit.

What Activities Do Not Qualify?

Artificial comments, copied reviews, spam, duplicate accounts, manipulated referrals, repeated low-quality posts, fraudulent transactions and attempts to exploit the programme do not qualify.

Points may be withheld, corrected or reversed where an activity is cancelled, refunded, duplicated, manipulated, recorded incorrectly or completed in breach of the Terms of Use or related policies.

Can Reward Conditions Change?

Eligible activities, point values, conversion rates and redemption options may be revised when services, operational requirements or programme objectives change.

The conditions displayed on this page and within the platform apply at the time the relevant activity is recorded. Mandatory rights that apply under law are not limited by this programme.
